Nikki Foy
Owner & Co-Founder | Henna & Tattoo Artist | Curator | Community Gardener
Nikki is the heart behind Dark Moon Gallery—a space where art, spirit, and community grow side by side. As co-founder, resident henna and tattoo artist, and studio curator, Nikki brings soulful creativity and grounded intention into every aspect of the space, from custom tattoos to hand-mixed henna paste to curating meaningful community events and spaces.
With a degree in Art History from Rutgers University, Nikki’s work is deeply informed by a reverence for artistic traditions across cultures and centuries. That academic foundation fuels her passion for storytelling through visual art and adds a rich, thoughtful layer to the experiences she creates for her clients and community.
Her commitment to uplifting others extends far beyond the studio. An active member of the Ormond Beach Garden Club, Nikki is especially proud to have fueled the launching of the Ormond Beach Elementary Garden Club, where she helps inspire children to connect with nature through hands-on gardening. For Nikki, tending plants and creating art are both acts of devotion—reflected in her love for henna, which she crafts from her own custom-blended paste made with care and intention.
Whether planting seeds in the soil, on the skin, or in the mind, Nikki brings vision, warmth, and a deep-rooted passion for growth to everything she touches. Through Dark Moon Gallery, she continues to nurture a space where creativity blossoms and community flourishes.
